formidableThe FBI is portrayed in the media as an elite law enforcement organization.  It is not.  The Special Agents are predominantly C-level college graduates with little to no real-world experience. As such, their ability to reason and understand complex issues is severly diminished.  Many of the remaining administrative staff are career government employees who learned long ago to not "rock the boat".

The FBI became a formicable political force from the time J. Edgar Hoover was the director. It is widely reported that Mr. Hoover maintained files on all politicians in order to manipulate them.  Mr. Hoover was also a transvestite and socially awkward person.

The FBI has changed little since the days of Mr. Hoover and continues to violate civil rights and break Federal laws.  They have had numerous scandals over the years. This page will detail some of their most troublesome failures.
